* Command line access
* Cron jobs
* Tiki Manager dependencies, or the capability to install them
** Git, etc.

* Install Tiki from Git
* Set up ((Scheduler))
* Install ((Tiki Manager Package))
* Use Tiki Manager instance update on demand or automatically
