What is Memcached Free & Open Source, high-performance, distributed memory object caching system, generic in nature, but intended for use in speeding up dynamic web applications by alleviating database load. It is an in-memory key-value store for small chunks of arbitrary data (strings, objects) from results of database calls, API calls, or page rendering. Tiki has a feature to connect to memcached servers to store temporary information. ! How to use it In order to benefit from memcached, you need to activate the feature, from your control panel. Go to : __Settings__->__control panels__->Performance and then select __memcached__, in order to see the menu content, assume that __advance mode__ is activated and memcached is already installed if not go to [https://wikisuite.org/Memcached|How to install Memcached].
